Circle Definitions:
• Circles are non-commercial Artist groups that create, produce, and sell their own original and/or fan artwork and/or merchandise.
• Distributors, Retailers, and Resellers of commercially available products such as official figures, merchandise, manga, DVD/CD, apparel etc. new and/or 2nd-hand are not Circles. They may inquire about Exhibitor Tables via email to blushcon at gmail dot com.
Amenities for a Circle Table include:
• Table space at approximately 4 ft. x 2 ft.
• Attached service area at approximately 4 ft. x 2 ft.
• Two Circle Passes (a maximum of two Artists may share a Table). Circles with more than two Artists must rent additional Tables so they are divisible by two (ex. a Circle with five Artists must rent three Tables).
All Circles hereby Agree to:
• Pay the rental fee of PhP 2500 (USD 50) per Table before the deadline communicated via email.
• Contribute at least two items for the giveaways (the items are up to the Artists’ discretion).
• Stock originally designed and/or produced BL and BL-adjacent merchandise.
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• Tables are assigned via random lottery.
All Circles are Restricted from and Not Allowed to:
• Transfer or sublet their Table to a third party.
• Sell commercially available products new and/or 2nd-hand.
• Sell bootlegs and/or pirated merchandise.
• Sell food and beverages.
Only successful applicants will be contacted with payment instructions to confirm their slot.
THE CONVENTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE THE CONTENTS OF THIS FORM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
